Mild bleeding will stop but if the person is having severe bleeding it is needed to be controlled. If not then it can lead to shock and sometimes eventually death. In case of severe bleeding, immediately cover the wound with a soft and clean cloth or big size band-aid. After covering it with cloth, apply direct pressure on the wound to stop the blood flow, tie the knot with cloth on the wound and don’t remove it. Add some more layers if you think it is getting worse, and apply pressure on the wounded part till the bleeding stops.

Procedure For Blister

If you are having a blister, don’t touch it again and again as it may cause a certain itching sensation. Cover the blister with a band-aid or any small cloth to prevent it from rubbing and pressure, which may cause swelling to it. If the blister is big and painful then it is better to drain and dress it. For treatment use sterilized needle to make a small puncture at the edge and put some pressure to clean it from inside and remove the fluid. After this, apply an antibiotic ointment to it and cover it for protecting further rubbing and pressure.
